Client challenge : improve supply chain knowledge and provide cross-functional supply chain training
Facilitated the creation of the Healthcare Supply Chain Academy (HSCA) within the IML/EPFL (International Institute for the Management of Logistics & Supply / Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) training program. The HSCA training program has been run 4 times since its creation and has been recognized as a key and unique supply chain earning opportunity.
Provided many different trainings for different companies to address supply chain challenges and pain points including cross-functional sessions.
Use of the ultimate value chain experience TFC (The Fresh Connection) simulation tool and experimental learning tool to deliver hands-on and practical trainings “learn by doing”. TFC provides companies with numerous learning formats to ensure business objectives are met.
