- Completely re-designed and optimized the global corporate Information System (ERP, CRM, APS, HRMS) of a mid-size industrial company, in time and under budget, over a multi-years program
- Guided the ERP evolution and optimization at a fast-growing micro-electro-mechanicals systems manufacturer, to cope with business development and customers requirements in terms of traceability and quality control
