- Established full-fledged SC processes (S&OP, MPS, NPL/NPI, inventory management)
- Establish central Trading structure in Switzerland to optimize product and financial flows to reduce overall company tax rating
- Establish strategic alliance with key-supplier to ensure business continuity and supplier innovation first access
- Establish a repackaging Center in Singapore for late stage customization for Asian markets
- Establish a Supply Chain Center of Excellence, including project management office, data management & reporting and knowledge management
- Academic Lecturer at HEC (GSEM) in Geneva for Procurement modules (category management, strategy), for Supply Chain Performance modules at Healthcare Supply Chain Academy and for Supply Chain Information Systems at Executive Master, both at IML, EPFL, Lausanne
