Set-up European value chain network, organization and distribution processes for rare disease bio-pharma companies.
Develop overall supply chain capabilities to manage distribution processes of bio-pharma products (15° to 25°c and 2° to 8°c) across EU. Special supply chain features have been put in place related to product value and specific channel to market requirements. Inventory planning and reporting was a key success factor due to scarcity and the high price of the products.
