Managed several sourcing projects to identify vendors (RFI), collect prices related to services or products, run the entire selection process (RFP) including negotiations and then drive the implementation of the selected vendor.
Pricing is not the only selection criteria’s and there is a need to bring multi-facets project management skills.
The objective is always to look at the entire business outputs to identify, select and implement the best professional partner(s) to satisfy value chain service operationalization and efficiency.
