Client challenge : urgent need to create new warehousing & distribution operations in Spain
Built in three months a warehousing and distribution Medtech operations (>70’000 SKUs) in Spain to serve the Spanish and the Portuguese markets. The operation was fully outsourced to a local specialized healthcare logistics provider based in Madrid and it is still operational today.
The project included the focused selection process of the 3PL provider followed by an expedited implementation project plan to match the given timelines.
Stock transfers from a previous operations was swiftly managed with uninterrupted distribution of products to all clients.
