Together with SCO (Supply Chain Operations) and as part of a global project we successfully completed a portfolio optimisation exercise.
Thanks to an outstanding collaboration between Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing we achieved a tangible result, delivering a multi-year plan based on a thorough assessment of gross margin, manufacturing and regulatory complexity, clinical needs and divestiture strategy.
On top of Supply Chain competencies, SCO provided Commercial Operations and Data Management support as well, developing a comprehensive database of products and SKU attributes that enabled scenario modeling and a sound decision process.
